10 Years ago my previous partner and I started Las Paletas. The aim was to fuse Latin and South African flavours into a 100% natural Ice Cream on a stick, or Paletas as they are commonly known in South America.

So after parting ways with my partner and the business I started up I needed a new challenge in my life. So I took a step backward and worked as a digital marketer for a year.
